By commissioning a build from this service, you agree to the following terms:
 

Payment
 

Payment is required either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion (before the final build is delivered).

All payments must be made via PayPal.

Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.,
 

Refund Policy
 

Refunds are available only before building begins.,

Once work has started, no full refunds will be issued. Partial refunds (based on completed work) may be considered.
 

Ownership & Usage
 

After full payment, you will receive full rights to use the build for personal or commercial use (e.g., servers, videos).

You may not resell or redistribute the build without explicit permission.,

I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in advance.

 

Timeframes & Revisions
 

Delivery times vary by project and will be agreed upon during discussion.,

Minor revisions are included (e.g., small detail changes).,

Major changes (e.g., full layout alterations) may require additional payment.

 

Client Responsibilities
 

Please provide clear instructions, references, and timely communication.,

If you're inactive for 7+ days without notice, your order may be paused or cancelled without a refund.

 

Communication & Conduct
 

All communication should be conducted through server ticket channels only.,

Rude or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service without refund.,
